One of the 5 design-and-Build Project including 2 complex stations for Doha Metro underground structures in Qatar.

The main aims are verification of Design BIM composed by Design Company and development of construction BIM, supporting the BIM team of the Main Contractor, SOQ JV. In present, a design BIM check for all disciplines and building models for temporary works are performed. the Construction BIM will be performed soon.

- Verifications for design BIM for all disciplines including Civil, Structural, Architectural and MEP

- Temporary works and construction equipment models for visualization and planning 

  to avoid clash with each others during the construction stage.

- According to the WBS from planning team, draft 4D simulations are prepared and are presented 

  to stakeholders.

- Quantity surveys of concrete, formwork and waterproofing as per construction sequences.

- 3D renditions by 3D PDF and Images.

- According to the Employer's requirements, BIM development plan is prepared for the Client.

- Shop drawings for RC structures are prepared to support the design team of the Client.
