BIM’s information model of Songdo 4th Bridge in Lot No. 5-7 is made of existing 2D based drawings. Also, 3D model objects were linked with processes linkage. This construction was a high level technique to cross the road on the existing railway. So we needed to check the potential problems in advance by constructing a 3D virtual evaluation system by the method of BIM and examined the workability and the safety in the construction.

3D BIM was used to check the safety measure considering the processes linkages and make a detailed construction time schedule.
